Why we're free during the beta
atSpark is the product of a private beta with a tight cohort of SaaS finance, RevOps, and growth teams. We're trading early-access pricing for direct feedback — every report, integration, and AI Assist behavior on the platform was shaped by what those teams asked for in the first six months. That feedback loop is the most valuable thing we can buy, and we'd rather earn it than charge for it.
When we move to GA, beta customers keep their early-access pricing for 12 months and get 30 days' notice before any change.
Common questions
Will pricing change at GA?
Yes. atSpark will move to paid pricing at general availability. Early-access teams get a 30-day heads-up before any change, and early-access pricing is locked in for the first 12 months after GA.
Is there a free trial after the beta?
Yes. After GA we'll offer a free trial of the paid plan. The private-beta program will end and existing customers transition to a paid plan with the early-access discount.
Are there usage limits today?
Reasonable fair-use limits apply. Most SaaS finance and RevOps teams don't hit them. If your team is unusually large or your data volume is very high, reach out and we'll work with you.
Do you offer enterprise / self-hosted plans?
Yes. For teams that need dedicated tenancy, custom SLAs, or self-hosting, contact us. Our sibling product Embed Portal also offers a self-hosted option for embedded-BI portals.
